I just can imagine when boys got bored of their love ones even when you see the thoughtfulness and honesty of their partners. Just like my son who had just ended his four year old love affair almost two weeks ago now. I felt as being a woman, that his partner was so madly in love with him but he just throw that love affair so easily without regret. I hope that he will realize that it's his lose not the girl.

My friend called me up last week, to look for buyers of all their stuff inside their house because their all leaving for Canada as immigrants next month. I've been lucky enough I had contacted some friends and they promised to take a look of the items this week. It's been easy for me to look for buyers of their appliances, but I might have a hard time to sell their one month old sofa that her sister won on a raffle, because it's a big size sitter, made of a cheap kind of leather. I also had a friend interested of the sofa but she asks me if what kind of leather it's made of? And she said if it is made of leather furniture then she'll buy it. I was surprise to hear what she said, so I ask her what's wrong of the leather it's made of. I love leather furniture but I'm very particular with the leather that the manufacturer used and the designs and also the sizes, she said. And don't you know that leather furniture is having a bargain sale of their leather furnitures? I found it out one time when I happened to click on their site. Taking your own life to escape problems in life? Suicide is not the solution! I just know the feeling of being depressed but not to the extent that I'll take my own life to escape big, big problems in my life. May be it's everyone's choice of weighing his or her problems. So what's the basis to end that way? Just like the news that blasts the nation of what happened to the former high ranking military officer and also serve the government for almost four decades more or less. I know everybody knows him. I look at him being a good father, a very brave soldier, a man with word of honor serving the nation for several decades. It is still a big question for us Filipinos, why he took his own life leaving some question unanswered. So for me I accept the fact that before he did it to himself he assisted his trouble so complicated. He took it so heavily that even his family were not able to calculate his capacity to carry his troubled mind. Anyway everything that happened has its own reason and God sometimes allowed it to happen, to give us lessons to learn of the consequences. And only the former General knows the reason for what he did. Let’s just leave it to him and go on with our lives. But please let’s pray for his soul for an everlasting peace and also for his mourning families to be strong to face the reality. He may rest in peace wherever he is! And I repeat again and again suicide is not absolutely the remedy to end your life. Think twice...thrice.....and so fourth!

Buttered green shell meat

I had a hard time thinking of what to cook and serve for lunch,for my family that Sunday noon. So, I went to the market to buy something different to their eyes and taste. A menu that I don't have to convince them that it is delicious but also nutritious. My son eats everything I served, but my two daughters were both choosy when it comes to food. After 10 minutes of steaming it, I put it on a bowl and let it cool for five minutes. Then I took the meat out of the shells and saute it with butter, garlic and onion. Then a small amount of powdered black paper and salt to taste. And I served it still hot with drops of TABASCO® Original Red. Just to make the story short, I cooked and served everything i bought from the market. But the most that got the attention of my husband, is the buttered green shell fish meat with drops of the TABASCO Original Red and he keep asking me where did I get my new recipe? I told him about the new sauce I discovered a few days ago, as recommended by a friend to me. And that same afternoon, I had a visitor who brought a box of pizza pie. God really provides everything we need in life. Sometimes not so soon, but after a long wait here we have the installation of Manila Water Sewerage System. Waiting it for almost 25 years now we're just a month away to have a clean and permanent water in our home. Contractors were working it out twenty four hours to finish the installation as early as they can. Thank you for the effort of local and national government.
