Have you heard that a lot of Korean citizens went to the Philippines to study English language here? My neighbor told me that their looking for a reliever for one of their English tutorial teacher. They don't want to spare time to catch up subjects of their Korean students because they will be coming back home for months to enroll to Korea. I think it's a bit cheaper for Koreans to study here that's why they preferred here to study here and Philippines is just a neighboring country for them. And I know that only well off families can sent their kids or relatives to take English lesson here. There's a lot of advantages spending money studying how to write and speak English. Firstly to use it to communicate with people who are actively into business. And so obviously to speak a lot of people around the world speak English. But who knows some of this Koreans prepared to enroll at sixth form college london in London.

Palm Sunday

I used to attend a 6:30 Sunday mass at St. Joseph The Worker Parish church near a subdivision where we lived. Last Sunday, I did plan to attend mass at the church I used to visit before but since my best friend asked me to bring her two blessed palms after the mass and I'm quite not very sure if I can produced what she's requesting. At the last minute I change my mind and attended mass at St. Joseph the Worker Parish church because I missed the adoration room for two Sundays I wasn't able to visit. Honestly as the mass was going on, I still don't know where to get the two blessed coconut palms my best friend was asking because not even one coconut palm vendors were still around to sell me. And I didn't know where to beg even only one. After the mass it's my habit to be blessed by the priest and got inside the adoration room to pray and thank the Lord for the blessings we received for the week. And after I went out of the adoration room, I helped some of the church staff to stack the chairs that we use during the mass. Then as I was pulling chairs one by one I saw another staff with a scissors, cutting the wire tied at blessed palms on the church post inside the church. So, I came nearer to her and asked her if I could bring home some of the blessed palms and without asking any questions she said "yes". Then I took two blessed coconut palms and I brought the palms to my best friend's house straight from the church before going home. But I have my question in my mind....... Is it alright to just asked somebody to give you and to have this palms without attending mass? Anyway I got a very big thank you from my best friend.

For this I have JESUS

In an evangelistic meeting in Ireland, the speaker was explaining what it means to abide in Christ and trust Him completely in every trial. Concluding his message,He repeated several times, "It means that in every circumstance, you can keep on saying, 'For this I have Jesus'."
The meaning was then opened for testimonies.One young woman said, "Just a few minutes ago, I was handed this telegram."Mother is very ill; take train home immediately." When I saw those words, I
know that tonight's message was meant just for me. My heart looked up and said, "For this I have Jesus." Instantly a peace and strength flooded my soul."
Three or four weeks later the evangelist received a letter from this woman. It read,"Thank you again for the message you gave that day. Life has become an interrupted psalm of victory, for I have come to realize that no matter what life brings,for this I have Jesus."
That believer in Christ had found in her Savior the One who would be with her"out to reach fulfillment" (Ps.66:12)

BACLARAN DAY

It's the first Wednesday for the month of April and as usual I did visit Baclaran yesterday afternoon.

I had a neighbor whose husband is a seaman. She lived so abundantly, because she received a five digit monthly salary from her husband and besides she only have one child. She's a good lady with a big heart and she's also very approachable. But as the saying goes that life is not a bed of roses all the time. One day as she was about to send her kid to school a news reached her, that her husband met an accident on board. A week later her husband arrived and told her that the company doctor advised him to be home for good, because of his physical condition. Her husband received a separation pay from the shipping company and then what’s next for their living? Since her husband is the bread winner of the family and that the situation was different from what she used to be, she decided to put up a business. My neighbor put up a business just right on their vacant lot in front of their house. She said that it's quite comfortable for her to manage her business where she can look over her household and manage her business at the same time. She opened up a snack counter with a four setter table. Then she hired a helper to assist her. Her food prices are a bit competitive and very much affordable and foods were delicious. After six months, she’s very lucky that customers come and go and that she needs to expand her business. To make the story short her business expanded and I was also surprise to see that she had a calling card given to the customers. I’ve seen her calling card and I suggest her to have her own business logo for her business identity. And thank you she did not disagree with me when I suggested her to visit logo design samples just to make sure that she will have a good taste for her business logo design. Want to try also?
