Just rain no typhoon

Heavy rain started pouring yesterday afternoon, until now and causes floods in almost all areas of Metro Manila. So terrible because in spite of having no typhoon several lives and properties were lost because of heavy rains. The weather bureau assures the public that this rain will stop on Thursday.
