The church and one of the government agencies concerned had a hard time discussing about birth control. The government had already started giving away birth control pills and other supplies especially to the remote areas were population is fast multiplying. But the church really disagrees of the process. On my own insights, it's always the mother that is very much in-charge of how to control birth. I think the parties involve must say to it that women married or not, once they started to have a monthly period should be aware and be educated enough to know and how to use methods of birth control so not to have unexpected pregnancy that resulted to a rapid population explosion.
